Rachel Chenven Powers lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband and two sons. Her work has appeared or is forthcoming in Entropy, Eastern Iowa Review. Ghost Proposal, Hobart, and others. She is currently at work on a collection of speculative short stories about altered perception and future psychopharmacology.
