Established in 2000, Identity Theory is an online magazine of literature and culture that has published hundreds of writers and thousands of creative works, including fiction, nonfiction, poetry, reviews, and art. Additionally, we have been recognized by The New York Times, Washington Post, and other major media outlets for our extensive collection of interviews.
Based in southern Nevada, we welcome volunteer editors from all over the world.
We are currently looking for a CNF editor and a hybrid editor. Contact Matt Borondy at editor@identitytheory.com to express your interest. Include a cover letter, a resume, a pet photo, and/or anything else you want to throw in there. You can also apply through our Submittable volunteer application.
We're eager to have you on our editorial staff.
