Identity Theory, an online literary and cultural journal publishing since 2000, is seeking talented volunteer editors.
Working at Identity Theory provides the rare, valuable opportunity to obtain quality editorial experience in an intellectually stimulating online environment. Words that describe our ideal volunteer editor: passionate, friendly, and exceptional at Scrabble.
The following editorial positions are available at our magazine:

Fiction Editor: Join our fiction team. Read a batch of short fiction each week and help select new stories to publish. Estimated Time Commitment: 2-4 hours per week.
Interviews Editor: The interviews editor will manage the interviews section of the website, acquiring and conducting interviews for publication. Estimated Time Commitment: 3-5 hours per week.
Others (Graphic Design, Blogging, etc.): We'd love to hear from anyone with a high level of motivation to develop their creative talents while working on our magazine.
