Kailash Srinivasan's prose and poetry have appeared in several Canadian and international literary journals, including Handwritten & Co., Midway Journal, Snarl, Hunger, XRAY, Coachella Review, Selkie, Antilang, Oyster River Pages, Sidereal, Queen Mob's Tea House, Bad Nudes, Lunch Ticket and others. His work has been shortlisted for Into the Void Fiction Prize and Bristol Short Story Prize and longlisted for the CBC Short Story Prize and Bath Short Story Award. His story “Bikhari” was the runner-up in the 2022 Prime Number Magazine Awards for Poetry & Short Fiction. He's currently working on his first novel.
