1. What's the first piece of music you listened to today?
"Capital Punishment" by Big Pun
2. What are your vices?
Cable TV, deep-fried food, buying crap on Ebay.
3. What is one of your prejudices?
Whenever I read some good reviews of a new band, I always assume I don't like them. Which is weird, cuz if it's about a book or a movie, I generally trust that it might actually be good. I always have to feel like I discovered music myself to be into it, which is foolish.
4. In what way do you think music has the ability to change the way people live their lives?
Well it can be a small thing, like just having two or three minutes in a day where you are totally stoked like when you hear a favorite song on the radio in the midst of a hellish day. Or it can be a totally major thing, like this mom of one of Eric & Bjorn's friends got her whole life together because of that 80's song "Break My Stride" by Matthew Wilder. She got a better job, got in shape, all sorts of stuff--just because she found the song so inspiring. Here's a clip I found on YouTube:
