8 Billion Lives is a platform for short documentary films, each featuring a day in the life of a real person.
This experimental collage film features Amy Miller, a 50-year-old nun who runs a Tibetan Buddhist Retreat Center in scenic Barnet, Vermont. It is an echo of filmmakers Katya Yakubov and Daniel Hess's discovery (through the remnants of fragmented thoughts, sounds, images, and notions) of Amy and Milarepa Center.
